I've put together this list of mortgage options here in Puerto Vallarta for Expats. Please be aware, it's not the same as when you borrow money in the USA and Canada to fund real estate purchases. There is a lot more envolved. But if its the only way for you to buy your little piece of paradise in Puerto Vallarta, it's worth doing the research to assess whether it's the right thing for you. 

Some clients chose to take out an equity loan on their property in the USA/Canada. If this is an option, consider this also. It maybe a better way t go...
